Even if the bot answers a totally unrelated answer to the question, does this still mean the support team knows my question and possibly would do something about it?
Good question.
As far as Ive heard. I dont think the GM's get to see it since the bot already did the work.
But then again im not a GM or a MOD so I cant tell you.

Well the answer could of just say "yes" or "no" but instead, it saidNot too sure actually o_O
But if you have a problem that hasn't been resolved through the support ticket, you could always try the techinical support, I was told to post there by my ticket xD
