They don't even read are tickets they just look at the key words and answer an automatic message

It's the off hour GMs. I'll try to remember to give this thread to Saidin when he's back. The problem with the ribbons isn't you, it's more that the clan page isn't updating correctly, as many more than just you haven't received it yet. So please be patient and sorry for the horrible reply to your support ticket.
The other problem is it could be a GM that has little to none knowledge about ribbons.
Or, they sent the reply to the wrong person.

Like I always said, support service uses bots and based on the message keywords you had submit on the ticket the bot takes a message the closest possible and answers your service, this means you can't expect much for reporting a hacker which will lead in a staff that careless about the hackers in the game, NOT THE HACKS ITSELF(thats xCrap work) but the noobs using them.
