Those clan points will stay next to the players name for as long as they are in your clan, but the clan points will not be added to your clan.

You must not know how it works. Let me explain. Clan points rack up as you play. Even if you are not in a clan. When you join a clan, you bring all those points with you to that clan. If you leave the clan and play solo on your own. The points reset and will rack up again without you knowing. When you join another clan, those points that you got playing solo will transfer to the new clan. You get 1 clan point for every 500 experience. Max of 10 a day.

I think if the player has never been in a clan... or if he left a clan and didnt join another for a while the clan points he accumulates while he is not in a clan he carries with him until he joins a clan...we have had a couple of members like this...normally if a member quits a clan and joins your clan right away he has 0 clan points

Well um this might he that members first clan bcuz when u start out and dont a join a clan all the exp that member gained will be all to the first clan he was joined.I hope u understand what im saying.
