Slightly Higer Ping after the Past Updates.

Well. As the title says. Me, and I know many other people have been experiencing this problem. Ever since these past Halloween/Christmas updates, my ping has rised to 75-91. Usually it's 53-59. Never Higher. It's not anything with my computer's. So don't even start there. I just want a resolution to this. I can't even play anymore due to this. Thanks.
