1) its xmas break so they;re not working

2) depends on how long it takes. I've had a ticket not replied to for 2 weeks, and I've had a ticket replied to in less than 12 hours.

About 2 days, but they are off on the weekends so on monday they are going to look at them.

and considering their break it may take longer because the tickets would hav been adding up. the help desk hav always been relatively helpful and reliable, they'll get to it eventualy.
