Problem: Control Keys

Hi
Dear friends, I'm having problem with the control keys in game...

I can't move to left with the button "a" - I can't walk (slowly) with the the shift button.
(more than those two button have this problem).

If I change the control keys, like using left arrow key instead of button "a", then I can move to the left.
But I can't handle the "new" buttons... I use to play with those control keys in other games like in Counter-strike (W S A D).

I need help to fix this problem...
