Ban ip & acct. Of hackers?

is this possible because i know a game who does this when players are cheating not only the ACCT. is banned but also their IP so they can no longer access crossfire.. and one thing more 1st time a played crossfire i was thinking to spend some money for ZP but after a couple of weeks of playing and getting annoyed by this hackers! i dont think it is worth it buying ZP.. because even if you have the skills and best gun in the game there is no way you could beat this hackers.. and i have read from other threads that this hackers are buying VIP pass just to hack in this game oh men.. so if a noob 10 year old/ or 10 year old thinker would rather buy VIP hack than ZP.. yeah 10 YEAR OLD THINKER.. you know those with psychiatric disorder
