Xtrap unable to connect

I've had this xtrap error for about 3 weeks now, it says,

The access to X-trap patch server is ustble or x-trap update wasnt able t run properly. Please, restart game.

I do not know what to and if anyone could give me any advice i woud greatly appreciate.
