Cross Fire Problems ( Laptop )

Hello Users of Z8Games and Cross Fire player's
right now I am Trieing to "Play" Cross Fire but it seems somewhat impossible to do that for me...

[Main Problem]
CF Auto Patcher keeps appearing everytime i open Cross Fire but ?I think it might just be doing that because of the christmas patch.

[Secondary Problem]
when ever I join a match it gives me a black screen for like 7 seconds then gives me a picture with loading.. on it and if i click my mouse press a button while the black screen is up it automatically logs me out of CrossFire. Help?

[Weapon problem]
yeah I recently got the M16A2 and it seem's the accuracy is a lie! ( maybe it's the crosshair im using... ) Whenever i shoot with my M16A2 when im crouching i aim for the chest area way below the head then i some how get a HEADSHOT!
i admit its kind of awsome but do I have to change my crosshair + < kind of like that but big empty space between it
