Omg help

Plz i need help, today i was playing cf and in the middle of game is says the message 'Failed to contact the host server' and my game freezes then i exit, WT*, today i played 3 matches with a lot of kills, i think i lose 900 exp, plz someone help me to fix thix, cuz i'm losing time playing '--
