It really isn't that hard to read. Where they are DISPLAYED.

EDIT: Let me elaborate. I know how to buy them, I know how to reacht he Item Mall. But I am wondering, is there a post, or a link or w.e. where the graphics of the name tags are displayed. This is so I know what the name tag looks like before I buy it.

EDIT: Just saw your edit.
I don't think there is a place where you can view them. Maybe in the Crossfire folder but I'm not100% sure.

The country name tags are not in-game.
