Cf Hacking Form?

1 ( In Game Name of Hacker (IGN): * )What`s about if you have 3 hackers in the same game ?
2 ( Hacking Type* ) This one is ok cause you have the option ( Others )
3 ( Rounds that Hacking Occurred : * ) If he is hacking throughout all the game .
4 ( Time when Hacking Occurred Do we need this ? why for ?
5 ( Comments As we can say all we need about the Hackers ( if more than one )+ in this option and report all the hackers in one report , by stating their name and the hacks they used + the time and the round the hack took place . Why has the form got No.2 / 3 option ?

So the question I am asking is " can we report 2/3 hackers on one form only or we must go on 2/3 reports and download 3 times the same replay ?
Will it not take more time for you to watch 3 replays rather than one only and track the 3 hackers by your expertize ? Will it not save time to all of us?
