Coupon Refund
Hi, I was wondering if I could get a refund for the permanent axe ( 50 coupons ) that I bought. I really regret buying it and I want to buy an m4a1 custom which is 60 coupons. Right now, I have 36 coupons. So if I can possibly get a refund, I would be able to afford it. I've had the axe for a long time though, so I don't know if its okay. If you could do that for me, I would be so thankful. Thank you

I accidentally bought awm camo.Was trying to look for weaponstats as was quite happy with my dsr.Was originally saving up for deagle gold.
Anyway within 12 hours filled out support ticket,that was over 2 weeks ago still havent heard anything despite updated support ticket and trying to send private pms.Am just hoping its because of christmas period as i really wanted deagle gold for extra ammo on MM.
Has anyone been successfull getting coupons refunded if so how long did it take? -

so i was gonna buy deagle gold and i accidentally got mp5-adv for 90 days and here's their response

Yesterday I was going to buy a desert eagle gold, but i accidentally just pressed exchange and I got a mp5-adv for 90 days
may I get my 10 coupons back while getting 90 days taken from the mp5-adv?

If you bought it with coupons, such as MP5 Adv, it's refundable. Just not anything like winning an AK Scope and asking to refund it for an M4A1 Custom.
