Religion is the'Man-made" point. God is God. Either accept that or dis-believe. It makes no odds to the "MAN". However, its far greater than that. Christianity, Islam and Judaism all originate from the same religion. The worship of the first one God. So, no Crusades, no Inquisition spreading terror over Europe, no witch trials, no Holocaust, no 9/11, no Middle-East conflict, no Al Qa'ida, and no Jihad.
Imagine how wonderful this world could have been without God.

We're all scared of something. We'll all die anyways. So there's no point in fear because it will be there anyways. Better brace yourself, live and know, and I repeat KNOW, not fear but know: you're going to die. Once you understand this, there is no fear no more, because nothing is important anyways. There is the fear of Death. Not everybody wants to go to your great blankness (i personally believe that there is an afterlife.) and end all the pleasure that they have enjoyed on this earth.
Why else would people try live a healthy life? BECAUSE THEY WANT TO LIVE A LONG LIFE. -

you can't experience real happiness unless you've discovered true agony.
And if life was all agony, then we should abort every child that comes into being. Just because it would be cruel to show them a world that would only cause them (as you say) agony.
The reason we even have children (for the most part) is that we want to give something a chance at life.

Heh. I'm pretty self centered on that part, since if I was born it was by simple error. So, I don't see no "clear intentions to give a life" whatever you said in there.
Me, I understood and accepted the fact this is all agony. Maybe you're right on one point, and maybe that's why I won't have children. (Besides, I have physical problems wich complicate that a lot more).
And for sex or religion ... Heh, it's just the same. Religion is here to make humans belive in afterlife and escape their fear. Because they refuse to belive that one day they will die. Thus, they make up sweet dreams about religion or afterlife. Love, is usually something wich keeps you away from death too. But nowadays, humans understand human body fonctionnement too well to really count on love to stop the end: death. Humans realise more and more, but helas, not everyone still completely gets it.
Once humans stop fearing death, it's then they can do everything and anything from their life. Because no fears means freedom. Not freedom from exetrnal rules, not freedom from war and pain, no. Freedom from yourself. Because that's the worst ennemy. You can't escape from yourself. And once you stop fearing, you stop jailing yourself and you stop hesitating.- I'd tell my big bro too nt go w/e he went & get killed & too go back too see waht caused mmyy grandma too get throat cancer too prevent it

Freedom from ourself?
Humankind's innerself is a mixture of evil and good. Mostly evil.
If we realize that, then we see ourselves for what we really are. and i'm certain that the evil of humanity FAR out does it's good.
So then we'd all commit suicide. if we can live and embrace that evil. then we are truly lost and hopeless and should be killed.
And just because we stop fearing doesn't mean anything. People will always fear, because evil will always be there to make us fear. One doesn't have to fear death itself. Torture (constant pain) is an even more fearful aspect. -
That's because people are weak. The evil is here, but it's here because WE make it. We, as in Humans. If everyone was strong enough, and followed logic and not greed or death fear (or both) than we could live just about fine. But that won't happen, because human beings are too weak. Even anarchy could've work if everyone done something for the society by himself. We wouldn't need police or state. We wouldn't need law, because everyone would make his own laws coherent in respect of the other. But that won't happen. Not because the system is bad, but because the human doesn't fits it.

i support anarchy, or atleast the removal the removal of people in charge of a country doing stupid things
what do we struggle for? in this vast galaxy we're a mere spec of dust, insignificant, even if we all died to nuclear holocaust the universe wouldnt even notice, we might as well be as happy as possible in our time on earth and if that means giving in to the seven sins then so be it
on the religion note, i thing being agnostic is better then pure atheist, a atheist denies a higher entity, while a agnostic does not believe in a higher entity, but neither denies its existence, right now i wont worship a guy sitting in the clouds, but if jesus was to appear before me and perform a undeniable miracle, i would worship him, now isnt that a much better religion then religions that need to force every one to obey? -
