They are ALLOWED to use it, since you DIED, probably because they guy owned you.
if he continues to pwn with my gun, then he is BETTER than me, and i deserve to go to my EMO corner, but i cannot whinge about it.
AS WELL AS THAT, in round based matches, such as GM, SD and EM columbia/prison, YOU HAVE DIED. YOU HAVE DIED SO EARLY IN THE ROUND, OTHER PEOPLE TAKE YOUR STUFF. NEXT TIME, GET MORE SKILL AND STOP DYING.
so i REALLY don't get why i can't take someone's gattling in GM, whe it's 1 v5, and cluching it, only to be kiked next round.
ALLOW WEAPON STEALING. -
Gun stealing is only a problem because noobs think it actually damages the gun. Really the only reason I don't like it is because the only people who actually do steal guns are the people who don't know how to use them and get killed a few seconds after they pick it up.

I only get upset when.
- I'm team-naded to get me to drop the gun (Never happens but theoretically possible).
- Someone uses a hack to kill me, then takes my gun (You dont need it, you have hacks...)
- Whoever picks up the gun disgraces themselves and the gun but failing with it. Stick to your own guns next time. -
The truth is, when you steal a weapon, nothing happens to the owner. You don't have to repair it more. It's how long you use the gun in game.

The point is not that they are using your gun; the point is that more often than not, they don't know how to use it and are just breaking it more than if you had been using it. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind if someone good takes my gun. I do mind, however, if some
thinks my AK Silver looks cool, so they pick it up and spray like hell with it. -

Well, picking up a gun is just as meaningless to the original user with the gun as bringing a WOGL banned gun into a league match. -

Actually, it does do additional damage. I know from trading farms with my friend; I'd let him use my gun, and I'd have to repair it afterwards. Also, this is more of an egotistical standpoint, but I feel a bit disgraced when a noob picks up my gun. Idk why; just my masochistic side shining, I guess. -

It's because you used it. Repair cost is based on the fact that you held the gun in game. Shooting is n't anything. -

Yea, all it count towards repair is if you drop the gun or fire it. Not when someone is using your gun and spraying with it, after all each game at the end it gives you the exact money to repair it back and the extra as profit. -
Meh, when someone picks up your gun from the ground, you can become a little frustrated for that, hell sometimes I become too, but just think that he won't get it forever and you didn't lose anything. Let the guy enjoy a better weapon, even more if it's a Christmas weapon!

Holding it? As in, having it out, or having it in your bag? Either way, it seems to vary. I've had guns out before that haven't taken any damage. -

That means you didn't dropped it at all or fired it, that wont dmg it in anyway. But once you fired the gun once every sec you hold it or drop it it dmg it slowly, but at the end who cares you get the money to repair it and some extra GP as profit.
