You can be banned for technically anything that Z8Games feels is right to ban you for. Just don't worry about it. As long as you aren't technically banned, they can't be prejudiced to you. -
Be patient, the ribbon system is still new, it'll be looked into, but it's the holidays!
Make sure you took the appropriate steps (checking your profile a day before then waiting until the clan system updates).
If you still don't have it, don't worry, I'll bug Saidin about it after the holidays cause I don't have mine either!
I don't suggest support much, because the ribbon system I believe mostly Saidin takes care of, as well as it's not only you who hasn't gotten the ribbon!
So for now, grab an eggnog, and lets enjoy the snow and holidays! -
