Xmas badge

Hello
I have 2 questions about badges:
1) If i have the santa cap do i get the christmas comes once per year badge?
2) I was never banned but i dont have the never banned badge (yet) why?

1) Well on the homepage it says you have to own at least 1 Christmas 'item' so I'm guessing you should.
2) Not all ribbons have appeared on the player profiles but Saidin said they should be up by tomorrow.

If you win something PERMANENT from the X-mas crates, whether is GP or ZP, you will receive a badge.

The "Honour" badge should be on your account by tomorrow. The clan page updates once a day, so you have to wait till tomorrow to receive the badge.

2 questions

1-Does dual desperado count?
2- is it possible to have 2 permanet hats? i read somewhere that u cant i already have the witches hat perm does that mean i cant get a santas hat.

I hope the Santa hat counts because if it does not i have no way of getting that ribbon lol I spent $70 total and did not get a single perm weapon. I guess there is always next year
