meh i've got 1150+ desertions and i've got it. no clue how it works.
I got 4,500 Desertions.:( (I think its on 5K now, Haven't checked)Hope not. I have bad honour and I want all of the ribbons, even though they're just for fun and almost pointless.

An honorable soldier one for if you have never been banned,
A Christmas one if you have logged into the site/game today
and another Christmas one if you own a permanent weapon. -
