What is the point of the killer mark?

It's actually a disadvantage, i was peeking A long and was picked but i knew he rotated B by his killer sign moving back to spawn.

This is stupid, and has no advantages whatsoever.
I would have thought that it was fairly obvious who killed you by getting shot at, and also the icon on the top right, and also by pressing backspace.

But i guess if people need the killer icon.

Set the time to 0 and you won't see it? At least the mark helps to find out if the guy who killed you is a hack.er or not.

I hate it also ... in 1v1's it's basically like wall hack as it shows positions ...

Its pretty handy.
Lasts as long as the killcam does, so the advantage is pretty negligible, at least on more open maps like BW.
