Clan Problems PLease help

One of my members. Gallardo1 has joined my clan and i ACCEPTED and he was there for about a day. All of a sudden it showed up he wasnt there. I talked to him and he said he never left the clan but he said in his screen it also showed up in the site that he wasnt in it. He told me he was playing CrossFire and next to his name on the leaderboard it says -Raiin-. Can you please fix this problem because we are not able to get points if he cant because he isnt in the clan supposedly says the clan page. i checked the member log but it only says he joined but never said he left. PLEASE HELP!
