Being a leader myself, things do get stressful so maybe you should look at things from his stand point. Drama, stress...everything..it gets old after a while & makes things less and less fun.
So him stepping down is completely understandable.
People are allowed to be disappointed, but making a thread about it? Talk to him about it instead of risking this turning into a huge flame war.
Use your head. This is one useless thread that will most likely end up being closed or deleted. -

being leader of a can is hardits not easy to manage a clan //and yes [[weleaders get disapponted when some good player leaves and that more hurts if he had promised b4 not to leave
