ZP failed

Afew days ago i buy zp in frees zp item , yes i know that is no problem of z8 games , but in sponsor pay section is a dinero mail , this sistem give you a code , to change money for zp , i buy in that place zp , now im waiting for my code , i send a ticket to allo pass , and they dont give me my codes, anyone , has the same troble , please GM help me with that problem , i know , that is not ur problem , but if u can speak whit that company maybe , they send my codes!!! please help!!!

P.D. sorry about my bad english , and dinero mail is from south america

Did Dinero mail reply to gve you any reason why they wont give you the code?

Also how long has it been since you requested the code? As we know with some support services it may take a while for them to reply.
