So the Zephyr's idea about the euro echo 5 didnt worked..
I saw a lot of good intention by your part, but as always the european community failed.
First time I went there (uk5 ch8) I only saw farming rooms, quite funny actually since they let me farm too.
Second time, I got kicked by some converse guy who was yelling about my supposed hack.
So I'm wondering if someone will try that again, or what ideas do you guys have to improve the matter.

UK5 Channel 8
When the idea first started there were quite a lot of good pubs in that room with good players for ruLegends, ROC and others. But as the idea of that being EU Echo 8, out of the times I've went there to spam 5v5? in the lobby, I never got a reply.
In my opinion where most of the scrims/practises are played is UK3-8, that's where we usually make rooms and where others tell me to go to. But ofcourse that channel is usually full so nothing like Echo 8.
I definetly think UK5-8 should be the new place to find 5v5 scrims. How I think the EU can achieve this? You wouldn't automaticly find people looking for scrims after this post, this will take time.
- Whoever reads this and wants the idea to work, the next time you ask someone for a 5v5, make them go to UK5-8 or if they ask you, make them go to UK5-8, vice versa.
- Put in your xfire status "5v5 UK5-8?" to show support when looking for a scrim.
- And keep good sportsmanship in that channel. -
The EU Scene ofcourse needs to stabilize but the main reason why it folded was because 20 % had lag issue's in UK 5 so if you want to play a 5v5 and 2 of the 10 people are lagging in UK 5 there are not going to play in Uk 5..
Make uk3 or uk4. Scrims I can get easily through xfire. I'm more interested in pubs where I can chill when I'm alone. I'd rather to play with some known people than with a room full of spops,stars, whatever...
Btw, euro pugs/drafts are alive? -

The only thing to do to get an Echo 8 alternative up, is not be public about it. Ask others to scrim you in UK, and if they say "Yes", go to your UK Echo 8 alternative. Posting threads on the forum, just brings the wrong sort of people into there, as Echo 8 has been taken over by wanna-be's, and other pubstars.

The only server which is still quite empty is UK5 making WE can try to get a UK3 8 going but i doubt its going to be sucessfull until the community accutaly wants to play competitive publics
@ ezbitz ; the PUG ventrilo is still up but seeing as people dont come by there self the Drafts and PUG's are not active. I dont see the motivation to spam people on xfire if i want to play a pug, thats not how it suppose to go. -

If you don't have the motivation or strive to do something, it's never going to get done by yourself. You have to continually drum it into their heads, asking others to scrim you in a specific channel, or creating competitive rooms. It's not all going to workout over night, that's your job. -

Even i have tried getting pubs together
its the same guys who are there all the time.
The community needs to come, i get bored spamming uk5-8 come now.
Yet i agree with Nipple, most our scrims are located in uk5-8.
If the community supported this, it would be a slow process but it could work.

You're all dumb, they should take UK servers away and everyone goes back to Echo.
More competition and Euros gain skill by dealing with higher ping.

Maybe the NA community should play in UK servers more often and see How's good to face a low ping when you have 150+ ping. -

It's easier, i'm easily the best European to touch NA servers and i have no problem with it.
If you can't compete with high ping, don't compete at all, there's always going to be a big advantage between NA & EU, which is ping. Get over it or go home. -

And that's why we have UK servers. Best ping for EU community. Why the fck shoud I play on NA?
