Where Did You Learn to Pin Point?

I started to use headphones because the sounds of this game annoyed my sister, so I got some headphones. Then I realize I could hear everybody running and for the 1st time, I heard breath.
2 weeks ago I got my 1st pinpoint kill and lately I got some more others.
But guys, how can you hear them? I just can hear them when I'm in my team alone, without a sprayer with a M60 or something. How can u hear them with all the noise of a noob team? -
Because of stupid neighbours, I play with headphone half of the time. Quickly noticed I could easily tell what people were doing (running on wood/metal/etc., reloading, switching/picking up a weapon or the bomb) and where they were doing it.
After a few weeks of CF doing essentially TD and SnD, I finally tried GM seriously. It took me a few games to notice the breathing sounds and a few more to start pinpointing the ghosts.
Crossfire should have a compulsory tutorial about GM and its features. A lot of players don't even seem to know they breath heavily and can be located because of it. -

Obviously, Ghost Mode is a very hard pub mode[/sarcasm], but, all seriousness aside, GM doesn't need it's own tutorial. It's easy enough, S&D, with invisible terrorists that can't hold guns. You pinpoint them, either with foot steps, or if they're bunny hopping, breath. Many players won't even pinpoint anyhow because they don't play with a headset, me included in my first few months of Cross Fire. -
at first i didnt even know that ghosts had breath... but when my relatives got annoyed with sounds like 'HEADSHOT' i started wearing headphones and though wtf is that annoying sound? and just as i thought that a ghost stabbed me in the head... from then i learnt that it was the ghosts breath and with a little time got better at pin pointing and now all i get is QQers -.-

GM is easy enough to understand ? Then, explain me why I get kicked so many times just because I killed someone, seemingly out of the blue, while it was in fact his breath that gave him away. I'm not even good at pinpointing yet I get hackused a lot.
Not to mention most of the players on GR just ignore the sound and start spraying aimlessly.
A LOT of CF players don't seem to know the basic features of GM, i.e. for instance : Ghosts breath and make noise when they run or fall.
