...is there any chance of being refunded? i know "open a support ticket".... but since they are not responding at all. not even a NO, nothing. id be glad to see just a reaction whatsoever...

Unopened crates might be possible to refund, although its very unlikely.
Its up to the user to make sure heshe purchases the right product.

yes, we all make mistakes. i don´t think a short answer as to why it is not possible would be a nice move.
