What kind of loser do you have to be, to use any kind of hacks in this game.
Next, it would have to be CrossFire.
To let the hacking go on this far, and knowing they can stop all the hacking at anytime.
Now you are going to ask me how crossfire can stop all the Hacking.
A software engineer who works for NOD32 in San Diego, CA
Told me how they have all ready talked to them about this, last year.
But they don't what to spend the money for this hardware, for all they servers.
Sad, it always about the money.

It is a custom computer scan, that will work just like the scan's we use for antivirus.
All online poker rooms use a 7/24 custom computer scan, to scan for anyone trying to hack into there servers.
So this would work the same way as the online poker room, but looking for hackers. -

I find this hard to believe. First of all, the company is ESET, not NOD32. ESET develops antivirus and remote management software, not anti-hacking software. If Z8 were going to look for a new solution, why would they approach a company that doesn't develop what they're looking for? That would be like me going to the hardware store and asking for fresh fruit. Furthermore, it's highly unlikely that such a change would occur without the mod team learning about it, and I haven't heard anything like this.Now you are going to ask me how crossfire can stop all the Hacking.

This is because in things like online poker, everything is calculated on the server itself. To do that would require something along the lines of rebuilding Crossfire with an entirely new engine.Think about this?

Even so, Two biggest losers if you ask me are defiantly hackers, for ruining a game for everyone else.
And People who won't kick because they want there team to win.

If the expected costs of implementing a new system (and we're just talking a few thousand bucks) exceed the cost of cheaters, no reasonable company would do it. Especially not if the quality of the system was questionable.
Funny how theres like 500 people on this forum that talked to this NOD32 engineer.

Unfortunately it's not quite that simple. There's no "buy software, install, run" option that will do make CF "unhackable". For this kind of system to work, CF would need to be recoded so that every single function ran server side. This would basically require the game to be rebuilt from the ground up. It would put ridiculous stress on the servers and cause every player to suffer from reduced performance. Also, this kind of software isn't something you can go to the store and buy. It has to be integrated into the game code, and requires a lot of work from the game developer and the anti-hack developer. The royalties and licensing fees on a piece of software that complex would be huge. It's not a matter of "Z8 doesn't want to spend the money". It's much more likely that Z8 does not in fact have the time, manpower, and money to put such a system in place. -

Many people are working on solving this, and quite successfully so.
I don't see any speedhackers, gunhackers or even blatant chammers these days.
I've seen one noclipper and one with some awesome aimbot/through-walls cheat since the last two patches. No ghosts with XM8s in Ghost Mode either I assume.
Cheaters are being automatically banned daily, and in large numbers.
Its very easy to exaggerate a problem like this. -

now, as for nod32.
as dot said, it wont helpt anything. unless the person is trying to hack into the server itself to get himself some zp.
there is multiple types oh hacks. the most comons being dll that change strings of the game. an antivirus on the z8 game server wont afect what hapen on the player's computer. xtrap was made for that and does it job, ofcourse it can always be bypassed by more advanced hackers, but atleast it block some and give them a harder time.
other kinds of hacks are:
packet spaming. an anti virus wont do anything, although a maybe a specific kind of firewall?
moding the game files: yet again, an anti virus wont do anything to that. its also realy hard for somthing like xtrap to notice since it cant go around reading all the z8 files and checking if there the same as it should be. thats where there is usealy a version file for the file's version and when to patch, but a hacker will make sure to keep it at the right version so it dosn't get patched.
and hacking the z8's server itself. this is where an anti virus can come in, but that also mean the hacker is trackable, can be arested by the law and a law suit can ocure, not a single sane person will hack a game server as its just not whort it.
and thast about it, they might be a few i don't know but this show an antivirus cant do anything about it. xtrap does its job, its just that hackers are always tenatious. -

Well, the software security solutions companies are the fastest when it comes to patching their cracked software or finding solutions for vulnerabilities in other products. I doubt the people you're talking about are successfully as the guys working on this industry.No. Its just idiocy to think NOD32 has the solution and that it magically suits our needs.

The people who whine about the game and the company, because obviously any company thinks about money.
People who whine because everyone is a hacker, but in reality, there aren't really any hackers, just the random VIP blatant, or when a public hack is released, a lot of players who still fail with chams.
