It's just a typo. They are 1 rank behind on the scale for the rankings. It should be fixed soon.

The better question is.... Why not?

Think of it as a reward at that level, since you haven't gotten a reward for leveling in forever at that point.

but thats part of the actual game, this is just on their website, can be edited in less the 100 man hours.

That's got nothing to do with the website and they haven't treated the website for ages and if you were smart you could fix those in game glitches yourself.
