Xmas zp crates

yeah this has happened to a bunch of people. just keep trying

I bought 30 crates, and saw them at least 20 times, but didn't win one. TBH, I don't think seeing anything outside the 3 winning boxes is any indication of how close you were, I think that the client just randomly puts the pictures of the items you could have won in the boxes that don't matter.

I won a de xmas but it doesn't show up, I sent in a ticket...

Once you win a gun, it's suggested that you log off and back on, just so nothing happens to delete the gun or make it disappear.

But can we win coupons in Xmas crate

That's due to the reason that there are an additional 3 guns, quadrupling your chances of seeing a gun. Just because you can see it more, doesn't mean we can be certain that it's chances of winning have decreased or stayed the same.

"Seeing" a gun doesn't mean that if you spun a second later or earlier, you would have won it. It just shows it.
