Crossfire BIG problem!!!

Hi guys im keltier
and i used to play crossfire long time ago like mabye 2 years bcak
anyway i stoped because after 1 update i stated the game and every thing hapned patching and everything else even the xtrap but nothing showed up on the screen
So... after about 2 years i wanted to play again and same thing happened like no black box on screen no game just plain old screen
pls help i LOve this game and i really want to play it Thx
