New Ribbons?
I was kind of hoping they would make some ribbons that are hard to acheive. Something like "Win a flawless 30 kill limit free for all" and it would be called One Man Army. Ofcourse boosters/farmers would get it easily so i think if they make badges like this that are hard to achieve, they should only be unlocked in Alpha/Bravo/UK1,2 and all of the busy servers. You also would have to have the room open for 16 players without a password or unable to join on. Another one i was thinking was "Get 20 knife kills in an all rule S&D". Lol i just have done both of these and i really would have liked something saying i did it. I dont know about you guys but i would like to pull off something pretty impressive and then have something to show for it. Most of the badges now are just something you needed to participate in, bought or have played through. OHHH they should have a Ribbon called "Kiss My Ace" and to get it you have to have been the ace in every game type atleast 5 times. Thats another time consuming one but for some people that would be kind of hard to get.

thats actually what i thought ribbons are about,but adding crossfire to your facebook account or buying zp and a spop,cmon thats no achievement! -

5000 kills is another long term goal that doesnt take skill, it is just time consuming. And why why would unlocking acheivements for doing something hard be like cod? They didnt event acheivements.

Well this is something z8 actually did create and they are not finished making ribbons. Im sure they will consider some ideas. And if not, atleast i tried. -
It would be nice if we could get some ribbons that dont involve buying something or paying money. You right lol, Litteraly the only badges out right now involve you buying zp or playing for awile. Even clutch killer if you think about it. people who have over 30000 kills and there k/d is only like 1.3, it would take them probably like 5 months to bring that all the way up to 2.0 or they could buy zp and reset their k/d. I guess its smart of z8, keeps their players playing and spending money. Thats really smart in a business sense.

These are good suggestions, but unfortunately due to the way the game and database work together some achievements are not possible to track. The game only tracks kills, deaths, headshots, nade/knife kills, team kills, and things like times played on certain maps for missions. If the ribbon requires anything else tracked in game, it can't be done. Other account related stats, like being connected on Facebook or which guns you own, are trackable through the account database.

G4Box, Saidin, Can make ribbons as they please. There are TONS of ribbons to be released, and Saidin wants the community's input on what kind of ribbons they want.
Lol!!! I think monkeymunzta deserves a ban! I only think there are two more ribbons

That was just a beginning template, there are MANY more to come.

In time, things are still being tied up and tested because of how the game/player database ties in with the forum database.
Within time, there will be some.

As I've mentioned before in various Ribbon threads, video game achievements, of all kind are based on what the game can track for information.
If we don't have some sort of way for the system to track a 30 kill flawless FFA game or whatever the case may be we can't create an achievement for it.
As new things go into the game, we get more and more things to look at. But for now, the ones we release are just that. We'll always look at suggestions, but we have limitations on what we can and can't use.
Not to mention we have lots of Ribbon ideas, but we're not ready to release all the ribbons at once. There's no fun in that! Forum Ribbons are planned, but there is no ETA on them at the moment. -

Well that sucks. But thanks for the feed back anyways. Oh and is there any way i can give zp i already own to other players? Because i would like to host a tournament later on that would cost a small amount of zp to enter and then i award the winner(s) with the zp that has been given to me. -

So you enjoy people calling you a hacker after you kill them every single time? It would let the player you killed see exactly what you saw when you killed them. It would get rid of some of the kick voting. -

Never midn i see them now i had to refresh it. But they are not showing up on the ribbon section of the site. So what do you need to do to get them?
