i have lost my msn adress and i will change my pass or msn but i cant i have lost it beccouse in the 1 year ago we dont need msn to change mail and i forget my msn PLZ HEALP mee ! (ty)

send them a message under account>account admin.
put you forgot your email and your account etc. and just wait a while for a reply.
