Look, tap shooting isn't all about the AK. That's only for extremely long to long range fighting. You get used to the spray, and you pwn at close to mid range. The M4 isn't a match for the AK when it's up close and personal. I wouldn't go long ranging an AK against an M4. Unless you have absolute confidence, I would just run, and take a rerun through the map or something to get close.

Get AK Gold. I think it is the best AK. Don't get M4 Gold because it isn't the best M4, M4 Custom is because it is more accurate.

yeah the great thing about the AK is its power and accuracy make it great at long range and CQC and even mid, but to me the m4 is not as reliable in CQC as the Ak, but I use them both often so it IS a tough choice, it really comes down to teh fact of which gun you have performed better with in teh past the AK or M4

The AK-47 also has very good accuracy and if you "1-shot" then you don´t need to worry about the recoil at long range.

The M4A1 Carbine has slightly better accuracy and less recoil, but as you already mentioned it is weaker.

As an "all rounder" I would suggest the M4A1 if you are an "average" player. The AK-47 takes a while to master but in the end it is well worth it.

Question: do you already have other version(s) of either of these guns? If you do, then stick with them, there are really no differences (the +ammo doesnt matter if you can aim)

With a few exceptions: M4A1 Crystal - "re-balanced" = less recoil + tighter spray pattern.
AK-47 Knife - The knife attachment is faster than pulling your secondary (if you are close enough).

Had I known all this earlier, I would not have bought so much ZP, but hey we all gotta learn some time

It's kinda simple if your more of an m4a1 user then go for the m4a1 if not and your more of an ak-47 user then go for the ak-47, but just saying if you are a m4a1 user id suggest go for the ak-47 I mean ive been using an m4 for a long time now and I just saw how much I love the ak-47 :P

yeah i started as an m4 fan but the ak i recently found has lots of value
