Well, i did some calculations on my abacus and in my area ( Maryland) the wind will slightly make the lunar eclipse too like its coming from the east @ 10 mph. thus making the eclipse non-existent. Maybe nasa needs to do more research. I just spent 1 hr working on that calculation and by the product, the reaction wont occur. -_-
