Apply Button?

Is anyone else having an issue with the apply button for clans? Shows up on my alts but never on my maim. Is this temporary, and is there a way to fix it? If someone can help thank you.

clan.z8games.com has been pretty off sense the last xmas patch. Maybe they are trying to figure some new stuff out and it is causing this.
