Help - Am i banned?

I do not know whether this is the right way. But I tried to use the support but I got no help. So I am trying to find help in the forum.
First of all I think that I am banned. If I try to login the game I get a message like: "You cannot access the test server."
I know this is a sign that I am banned and if i try to login on the webpage I come to the support webpage. I know that normally there it is said things like: "You are account is blocked because of hacking.", or someting like that. But there it is NOT a text like that. I can not use the forum or the clan webpage too.

Maybe it is just a system error or someting like that. But if I am banned I want that Z8games tells me why!
I was blocked for using a X-Trap-Bypass. But I got unblocked and I did not use it again.
