I caught this second lieutenant on replay, i uploaded to mediafire please ban this noob :S he was saying like "They are not gonna ban me QQ."

You shall not post hacks on forums.
Just report him in a Support Ticket.

Send the original .cfr to the appropriate support location. We don't upload videos anymore to ban hackers.
