Booting people from clan

We have had issues with one player in our clan recently and he has gone to leave the clan. On the webpage he is not registered to our Clan in clan list. On the game however he still remains in our clan, in our clan chat, and wearing our clan crest. I want his crest and rights removed please! I have tried to kick him, but seemingly as he does not appear on the list the matter is out of my hands. His IGN is threedaysg Could a [GM] please do a manual removal of this player from our ranks? I am Lt. of our clan and if needed I can get our leader to verify also.

Agreed bro. I m havin' same Problem. I already left my clan. So, On webpage, I m not in dat Clan however, in game i remain in the same convo nd symbol.

Help Need.

I too have sent in a support ticket & no solution as of yet. My problem is he is making our clan look bad, and usually choosing the opposite side in a battle. This is really trying my patience. Most can handle him, but we have a few younger and newer players who cannot.

I would like to thank the MODs for fixing my problem. (@ least I am assuming they did). The player is now gone from our ranks.
