old time player lookin to come back?

So, I started playing in open beta when the scar heavy first came out. I was crap back then but I slowly improved into a worthy contender. minus a short 2 month break when my clan broke up I played right up untill September of this year. One thing ive always loved about this game is it gives free to play players a good chance and doesn't completely imbalance the game. Its the only f2p game ive seen do this. I can just as easy grab a normal AK or M4 and destroy everyone whos using SPOPS and STARS with m4adv and AK this and AK that. In fact, I like SPOPS they helped me. I always aim for the head on them and thanks to that ive gotten really good at headshots.

I quit a few months ago when I got WoW, and ive been playing that since. What I want to ask is:

1: anything major happen since the short time ive been gone?
2: I saw a FAMAS camo is the FAMAS worth something now?
3: do f2p players still have no REAL disadvantage to paying players?

hmm zp buyers can afford armor, bp and exp+ items...

but its possible to collect a nice set of guns/items (missions, badges, events) with $0

Rank doesnt mean anything, when it comes down to it. has no effect in your skill.
also yes armor is lame but its expensive and most people just get @#$%ed by the hit detection and cry armor.

if you were around for MM then no there arnt any overall disadvanteges however zp is very benificail to have just chrge it to you cell for 20 bucks

I think MM is the mode where ZP matters most. Ive played it quite a bit and if you buy MM items when you have a nice edge. But thats fine with me, MM can be this games cash cow as long as it doesnt effect my TD/S&D.

Personally ZP gives no advantage over skilled players. You can do very well with given GP. And it's not hard to get more these day.

Also the m12 is your new best friend, replacing the Thompson and Kriss.

Yes and I love that about this game. I do buy ZP here and there (though rarley) but I love the the game is giving more GP options to free players.

I have a few other questions:

1: are BR's still like, everywhere?
2: is hacking bad atm? I still remember the speed hack outbreak back in suba.. hah.

1: Yes.
2: Not so much now, barley see any hack.ers they all seem to get cf error while flying or walking through walls. So there isnt many around. Box hack is patched thank god. So its a lot better now

I'd believe you except you said this. Scar heavy was out during CBT.

it did? well I remember the first patch I was here for was that one.. the scar heavy turned into a gun everyone had for awhile. Idk maybe it was a diff gun.. I have bad memory. Oh well.

Yeah I bought a scar heavy because I wanted a scar light and i wasn't high enough rank. Thought they'd be similar
