Fix for high ping and unstable ping with windows 7!

Press start, type in taskmgr, right click it and run it as admin so
you can set the priority of things. Right click crossfire.exe and set the priority to low.
I know it sounds like the complete and total opposite of what you should do, but it amkes your ping lower and more stable.
