M4 Custom Help

Let me start by saying that I have always used m4's. My first gun I purchased was the m4 and although I have bought every gun in this game, I have always went back to the m4 in some way shape or form. I haven't used the original m4 since I purchased the m4 silver a few months ago.
My question is this though. I traded in my coupons for the m4 custom and for some reason I am getting annihilated with it. Is it just me taking too much time off this game or can someone give me some tips about using this gun??? For some reason it seems to recoil differently than the m4 silver and doesn't seem as accurate as the original m4 unless you use the sight, which I don't like using.

Its more accurate but the recoil is higher than all the other M4s. The spray pattern is worse, and the firing rate is faster. Dont spray with it unless you're close to them. Single shooting/bursting helps a lot.

with most M4s, you can spray

with M4C, most the time you need to 1 tap/2 shot burst

over-all, if you can do that, it's a beast gun and def. one of the best M4s

spray pattern is weird, much different than the m4silver, if you feel that you always have to have a good score, stick with the m4silver and try to refund your coupons, if you want to learn the m4-custom do the basic method of learning a spray.

It was the same for me - it's different to all the other m4's but now I learned how to use it and it owns.

Just aim for the head and don't spray.It's not that good at body shots anyways.

1-2 shots at a time.

I would recommend spraying up close and taking ur time on long range shots (if you are being protected) by just clicking ur mouse quickly.

Never spray. But, if you don't feel good with it, just switch to an another version of m4

I spray only in times of nervousness (being surrounded by enemies). Each person has his/her own method of shooting.

I guess I need to take my time and just keep practicing with it. The problem is I got the m16a2 and dual desperados that I keep switching between as well. BTW the desperados are pretty freakin amazing and fun to use LOL!
I always burst at distant shots and aim for the head and I admit to spraying in really cqc situations. I guess I will put the desperados and the m16a2 aside until I have this gun mastered.

The M4-C is the only M4 I can use effectively. It's also different from every M4 in the game, for it's recoil is higher than any M4. It's although more prescise than M4-Reg (If I'm not wrong, 98 for M4 and 100 for M4-C). To effectively use M4-C, shoot in short bursts (2 - 3 against multiple targets, 4 - 5 against a single one).
