About other CF (Japan, China, Vietnam ...)

Hi, I recently realized that there are CF from different countries. I saw in other pages messages from people who went to (for example) Megauploadlos installers and put the tutorials on how to download and register in those CF. Could someone help me?. Is that these links and tutorials that put those people turns out, are old and are not as specified, are outdated and no longer serve. I would like to register at all (although it seems silly, but as usual), who know and have updated links CF you know, am I the could give?. Thanks.
