Windows Vista to Windows 7 screwed me

I had 10 ping with vista and my ping jumps from 30-100 and every number inbetween with windows 7. Can anyone help me fix this.

google this program "Vista Services Optimizer" works for Vista/Win7 only (freeware), gives about 10 more FPS (framerate) NOT ping. More ping that means ur internet is getting sucky, or ur firewall does not approve HGWC or crossfire.exe, turn firewall off, restart computer, then try if it works. If it doesn't clear crossfire entires from firewall then re-install crossfire.

Ur CPU might not have enough processing power to help lower your ping. just an assumption. not really a computer expert.
