Prrblem with clanapply

so i have a problem.
on z8games website my account is not a clanmember.
but ingame my account has clanname after my ingame name.
aaaand the clanmembers of my clan are on clanchat and in my clanlist.
andd i will left the clan and apply to a new clan but i cant write a apply
sry i can not good speak english.
please help me
