In the Z8Games Mall, Bonus Items, I see the M4A1 - Silver, if I buy that gun for 8,900 BP will that gun be permanent or days? It doesn't say.

It's permanent. Same with the AK Silver and M16A2, they're all permanent.

Every time you buy ZP with real money, 10% becomes BP, so if you buy 100,000 ZP, you get 10,000 BP to use in the bonus items section of the mall.
