M16A2s Missing From Account

I have plenty of extra BP so I purchased a total of 4 M16A2s; however, I was given only 1 of my M16A2s. Anyone else got this error?

1. Have contacted Support. (They somehow misunderstood my question.)
2. I have a private message pending response from [GM]Saidin.

and why would you buy 4 slight adv m16's when you could use the bp and buy ak silver/m4 silver

They shouldn't stack. Check my account's weapons. I have 4 AK Silvers and 4 M4 Silvers.
