Yea, I bought 20 XMas crates. I had the same feeling until I got around 16 crates in. I got the MP5 Xmas. The only one of the bunch I wasn't super excited about. But, hey, at least I got something. I saw the Deagle my first 5 times (11 times total), the AWM 4 times, the AK 4 times, and before getting the MP5, I saw it 2 times. It's happening to everyone. Time to start filling out surveys again. I bought some since I was in the holiday spending mood

What type of surveys.
I done about 10 000 ZP of surveys last two days, didn't get rewarded and super reward refuse to give me the ZP... -

There is a guide that shows you how. You need to make sure you fully complete them. I had the same problems before, but just be patient with it. When you complete them, take a screen shot of the page and save it to paint for evidence. Upload it to photo sharing site like Photobucket, then send them the link when you send in your request for ZP. I've been rewarded most of the time. Also, watch out for the surveys WITHIN a survey. Sometimes you'll see one, but there is a "no thanks" or "skip" or "next page" button hiding from you. Click that until you finish. It's a pain, but it works. -
