No security answer! Need help.

friend of mine got a problem,
he claims he has never ever recieved a mail when he created his account (atm butterstick).
z8 confirms that they would not send mails to GMX.com .
he says it is possible to play without a mail-confirmation-klick,
so was never worried about the fact that he got no mail.
NOW he does not remember that PW and he needs it now.

HE GOT:
collected all IP-adresses, transaction-IDs for ZP, mailAdress, LOGINname, LOGINpw, all stuff that might be useful

in that special case, is there any way to make up a NEW security answer although he does not know the old one?

Get on a alt account and fill out the info for that account as much as possible and in the description tell about what had happened and hope for the best of luck to him :P

either u cant read or i did not make it clear enough....
but i think its more u did not read it properly.....

its not about the pw, spammer-kid, its about the security answer, he never recieved that eMail.
