Hacker or Not

I am came across a guy/gal named d()()b today. It was one of those random TD Egypt invites I get. Went in and after the first kill he started accusing me of hacking. Me personally, I dont hack. I hate hackers, they ruin the game. Game ended something like 20 (Me) to 80 (them) with an awful lot of one shots by them. Is there some where I can report this, I saved the game file also.
