uploading pics to support ticket

well I tried to upload a pic to submit with my ticket, but apparently the format the game uses is not a supported format on the site so I cannot upload it and get help. I'm a noob when it comes to these things so if u can help i will greatly appreciate it. also if u can tell me how to change format so i can upload will help too. ty in advance.
