Free ZP-Item Offer?

I read somewhere a while back that you can get a 90/60/30 day (not sure which) M4-Adv, Shovel, Axe, ect. after making a new account.

Anyone know if the offer is still available? (Or if it existed at all X-D). If it is, anyone know how to use it? I've tried checking my e-mail for the confirmation letter, but that didn't work.
